Common Questions
Yes, we work by appointment to ensure we can give you our full attention. Email us to schedule a visit, and we'll find a time that works for both of us. Same-day appointments are sometimes available if you need urgent assistance.
Help us understand your needs by including the type of photography you're interested in, your timeline, preferred dates if known, and any specific requirements or questions. The more detail you provide, the better we can prepare for our initial conversation.
Absolutely. While we enjoy meeting clients in person, we understand that's not always convenient. Video consultations work equally well for discussing projects, reviewing portfolios, and planning sessions. Just mention your preference when you contact us.
Our schedule varies throughout the year. During quieter periods, we can sometimes accommodate projects within a week. However, this depends on the project scope and our current commitments. Reach out as soon as possible if you have time-sensitive needs, and we'll do our best to help.
Yes. The building has a lift providing access to our second-floor studio, and our shooting space is designed to accommodate various mobility needs. If you have specific accessibility requirements, please let us know in advance so we can ensure everything is properly prepared.
Yes. For clients unable to visit in person, we can arrange a virtual tour where we share high-quality images of our fine art collection and discuss sizing, framing, and placement options. We also provide detailed specifications and can send physical samples if you're considering a significant purchase.
About Our Location
Our studio sits in the heart of Manchester's Northern Quarter, a creative district known for independent businesses, street art, and cultural energy. The neighborhood's industrial heritage provides the perfect backdrop for our work—exposed brick, natural light, and authentic character.
The area offers numerous cafes and restaurants if you'd like to grab a coffee before or after your appointment. Nearby cultural attractions include the Manchester Craft and Design Centre, Affleck's Palace, and various independent galleries.
For those traveling from outside Manchester, the studio is a 15-minute walk from Manchester Piccadilly station and 20 minutes from Victoria station. If you're driving from further afield, we can recommend nearby parking facilities and affordable day-rate options.

Project Proposals
Following our consultation, we'll provide a detailed proposal outlining the scope, timeline, deliverables, and investment. You'll have time to review and ask questions before making any decisions.
Ongoing Communication
Once engaged, we maintain clear, consistent communication throughout your project. You'll always know what's happening and when to expect the next steps.
