We understand that circumstances change. Cancellations made more than two weeks before your scheduled session receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations within two weeks forfeit 50% of the deposit. Rescheduling is always welcome at no additional charge, subject to availability.
Yes, we regularly work throughout the United Kingdom and internationally. Travel expenses are calculated based on distance and project duration, and are included in custom quotes. For locations within 50 miles of Manchester, travel is included in standard pricing.
Standard turnaround is two weeks for portrait sessions and three to four weeks for events and commercial projects. Rush editing is available for an additional 30% fee, with delivery within one week. We'll provide a specific timeline when confirming your project.
Yes. Additional images beyond the package allocation can be purchased for £35 per edited image. We also offer access to all RAW files from your session for £300, though these are unedited and require post-production knowledge to use effectively.
While rare, we maintain relationships with trusted colleagues who can step in if necessary. If this occurs, we'll discuss options with you immediately. You'll have the choice to proceed with a vetted substitute or reschedule. In extreme circumstances where neither option works, we provide a full refund.
